We’re transparent, highly flexible, cost effective and always deliver real value through our three step structure:

Full contigency-based recruitment service. A traditional approach with professional fees charged as a percentage of the base salary.
Search and selection, sometimes referred to as head-hunting. Our professional fees are charged as a percentage of base salary plus an upfront commitment fee.
Full consultancy service delivered by one of our qualified and experienced creative senior consultants. This could range from an on-site recruitment station provided for larger contracts to the setting up of a full, in-house studio. Our professional fees are based on a day rate for our out-placed consultant/s, plus a percentage of the base salary for each placement made.
