Our client is a leading, award-winning B2B and B2C marketing agency based in Surrey, with a team of 40. They work with a range of clients, many of whom are in the technology sector.

They want to turn a good agency into a great one and put stunning creative work at the heart of the proposition they offer their clients. To help them achieve this goal, we are looking for a senior copywriter/art director creative team with ten or more years’ experience in the industry.

You’ll be

• capable of coming up with exciting, original, intelligent, clever creative ideas for integrated and one-off tactical campaigns both on and offline

• able to lead the creative process both internally and in front of clients (with support from the Creative Director)

• able to see a project through from end-to-end, overseeing designers/art workers and writing all necessary copy, not just the headlines

• responsible for the brands on which you work and the role they play within the agency

• unbelievably passionate about your work

• possessed with a fervour that will inspire those around you in the creative department (digital and design)

• great at presenting

• able to work with the client during the process

• armed with a great portfolio of work with B2B clients (you’ll also be able to turn your hand to B2C).

Given their location, you will require your own transport.

Salary c. £50k each plus private medical insurance and optional company pension.
