Division Manager (CB283)

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: Package between £70-90K

Start Date: ASAP

Our client is a global leader in packaging production. Headquartered in the US, the company has expanded more recently within the APAC region and is working with a number of leading global FMCG and retail clients to partner with them in their packaging and design needs. Hong Kong is a key hub for the international business with a 10,000sqft facility with 60 staff offering all key design to print services.
Due to expansion and internal restructure, they are now looking to appoint a new Division Manager to be based in Hong Kong and to take a leading role in managing the Asia business.

The division manager is an operations role that combines account direction and client handling, office management and finance/budgets/costings (P&L).
A packaging background is essential.

Requirements

„X 8-10 years in client facing and commercial operations role
„X Strong relationship management experience with ability to forge long term partnerships - established relationships within FMCG/retail sectors preferred
„X Strong understanding of Global Packaging Solutions for end-to-end services.
„X Experience of working in Asia a definite advantage
„X Strategic and solutions-focused mindset with ability to see the bigger picture in terms of opportunities for growth and expansion
„X Willingness to take ownership and be a key driver in overall growth and development of company
„X Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), Chinese an advantage
„X Sharp commercial awareness will be an integral part of this role whether in negotiation with potential new business or internal capital investment/purchasing for the company.
